01The name
The structure follows the problem.
Dynarq means Dynamic Architecture. The solution and its architecture are shaped around each particular need, with the same care for product quality every time.
That does not mean every component is built from scratch, or that 1 architecture suits every project. It means the problem in front of us decides the structure.
Dynarq builds AI powered software for European and North American companies, from Colombo, at a cost structure European agencies cannot match.

The structure follows the problem
Every project starts from the particular need. The architecture is chosen to fit it, not carried over from the last one.

Every stage ends in something you hold
A scope, a prototype, a build you can test, a handover. Progress you can open, not progress you are told about.

Say it when we do not know
A figure, a date or a claim goes on the site only when it is confirmed. Otherwise it is left out.

Refuse the work that is not ours
Brochure sites, rented developers and strategy decks are declined in public, so nobody has to find out on a call.

The tools behind the products are open source, with their tests in the repository, so a technical reviewer can run them instead of taking a claim on trust.

Counted by running each suite. 3 tools (rag-pipeline, llm-finetune-lab, llm-eval-harness) have no counted suite, so they are left out rather than shown as 0.
06Working hours
Colombo hours that overlap with yours.
Dynarq works 13:00 to 21:00 in Colombo, UTC+5:30, which lands across most of a European working day.
Worked out in your browser from today's time zone rules, so it moves with daylight saving. Colombo has none. These are time zones served, not client locations.
07Why Colombo
A different cost base, not cheaper work.
Prices are set against Colombo salaries and overhead, not Berlin or Amsterdam ones. The work is worth the same; the cost base is structurally different.
You will not find client case studies on dynarq.com yet, on purpose. One goes up only when the client signs off the text, it names the hard decision, and it carries a measured outcome with a source and a date.
