Every release page shows exactly what is inside before you buy, and the file is yours the moment you pay.

No refunds
Releases are digital files delivered the moment you pay. Because each release page describes its contents, version and price before purchase, sales are final and are not refunded.
Returns and exchanges
A downloaded file cannot be returned, so there are no returns or exchanges. Nothing is shipped, so there are no return shipping costs.
When a refund is given
If you were charged twice for the same release, the extra charge is refunded.
If an order is cancelled after you were charged, as the terms allow, the full amount is refunded.
If a file will not download or will not open, it is fixed or replaced.
How refunds are paid
Every refund is given to the payment initiated media itself: it goes back through PayHere to the same card or account you paid with. Refunds are not paid in cash, by bank transfer, or to any other card or account.
Processing time
A refund is started within 7 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may take longer to show it on your statement.
