Poplygo turns any audience into a conversation. Attendees scan a QR code, ask anonymous questions, upvote the good ones, and vote in polls that update live on screen. No accounts, no installs.

The design constraint that shaped everything: it has to feel instant in a room of real people. A poll result that lags by two seconds breaks the moment. So the whole product is built around real-time state that stays in sync across a presenter view, a projector present-mode, and every phone in the room.
